"Possessio Binicomprat", a rustic finca in Algaida is the ideal spot for lovers of nature and tranquility. The estate has been in the same family since the 16th century.

Recently converted to retain the typical Mallorcan style combining classic simplicity and modern comforts, this finca is one of very few deserving the true name "Agrotourisme".

The house and apartments are surrounded by over 100 hectares of land, including a large forest of pine and holm oak trees. The views into the rolling landscape are breathtaking.

Binicomprat, renowned for its own wine, offers a unique opportunity for guests to wander at their leisure throughout the grounds and forest and also to see the vinyards and wine production at first hand.

Accommodation comprises 2 double rooms and 1 suite with en-suite bathrooms in the main house, plus 6 apartments for 2 persons and 2 apartments for 4 persons (the latter each with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms).

Each apartment has its own lounge/dining room and small kitchenette, also a double sofa-bed, ideal for 2 children.

All rooms and apartments have private terraces, central heating, fireplace, telephone (with Internet connection) and sat-TV.

Around the large swimming pool are shaded areas and a barbecue where guests can take refrigerated drinks.

Although all accommodation includes a buffet breakfast, which may be taken in the main house or outside, the apartment guests can buy and prepare their own food however they wish.

According to season, guests may also pick fruit and vegetables from the gardens at no cost.
