MOLETA COUNTRY ESTATE - VILLA CAN MOLETACan moleta, a country estate, is located in the east part of Mallorca, in a very quiet area, 3 km from Porto Cristo. a holiday town with all types of services: Supermarkets, medical center, bus services, restaurants, pubs, boutiques, etc. The town has a sports marine, where you can hire boats and a beautiful beach. There are 2 holiday houses on the estate, Villa Can Moleta and Villa Vistalegre, each for up to 8 Persons. Nearby (2 km), there are also other beautiful beaches (Cala Mandía, Porto Cristo Novo, Cala Anguila). Also unspoilt beaches such as Cala Varques and others where you can practice sky or windsurfing (Sa Coma, Cala Millor) are in the close vicinity. Several golf courses are located a short drive away ( 15 km ), including Rotana, Costa de los Pinos and S´Era de Pula. Can Moleta has a large area of land (80.000 m²) with typical mallorquin trees, is situated 700 m from the main road and the houses are South-East facing for optimal weather conditions and sea views. CAN MOLETA- Sleeps 8 PersonsAn original 300 year old house of 330 m², which has been nicely renovated recently in tyipical mallorquin style (stone walls, double-glazed windows and top quality materials). It has a swimming pool, a large garden, covered porch and barbecue. The 2 storey house comprises following: Ground floor - a completely full equipped kitchen, large living and dining room with 2 open fireplaces, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and a covered porch (with an antique oven). First Floor - another living room with a seaview balcony, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1 bathroom. The house has air-conditioning (hot and cold) plus tv satellite, music system and safe. Kitchen Equipment includes: Gas cooker with electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. |
