Apartment Domingo - Arenal   

The new apartment "Domingo" is in the lively area of Arenal at the end of the famous "Playa de Palma" and is approx 250 mtrs from the beautiful sandy beach and approx 350 mtrs from the yacht harbour.

Although so close to the beach and nightlife area, it is in a quiet street where there is no noise. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, only on the terraces and balconies.

The 5 storey apartment block, with lift, was finished in June 2008 and consists of only 15 apartments. In the small, enclosed courtyard there is a swimming pool, only accessible to residents of the 15 apartments. Street parking is freely available.

The spacious apartment (130 square mtrs), is on the 4th floor and has sea views over the rooftops across the bay of Palma. The apartment is very light and airy, with a balcony and a small terrace directly from the lounge.

There are two double bedrooms with twin beds and one double bedroom with bunk-beds. There are 2 bathrooms with showers (one en suite) plus lounge/dining room and kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. The lounge has a flat screen TV and DVD/CD system with Sat TV.

The apartment has warm and cold air-conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom, which makes it comfortable for both summer and winter guests.The apartment has a small roof terrace where you can barbeque overlooking the bay.


All equipment, beds, and furniture are new and of the highest standards. There is also a cot and high-chair for families with a baby.

Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, discos, banks, chemists, etc. are all within a few minutes walk.

Airport tranfer is possible, should you not have a hire car.
