Esmeralda
is a 120 m² apartment
on the ground floor of a small 6 storey residential block, completed in
2003 and is very light and airy. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms,
one of which is en-suite. Two of the bedrooms have their own terraces.
There is a lounge / dining
room with french doors, leading on to the 150 m² L-shaped terrace,
which allows you to sit or dine in the sun or shade. The lounge also has
a hi-fi / CD system and digital sat TV. The apartment has full central
heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, and dishwasher. A
separate utility room includes a washing machine and drying area. A baby
highchair and cot are provided and there is an inflatable bed which can
be used in the lounge for 2 people.
The apartment block has an elevator which leads down to the underground
secure parking spaces (one reserved for this apartment) and also to the
2,000 m² community garden with a 200 m² swimming pool.
Esmeralda is just a few
minutes walk (ca. 700 mtr) away from the beautiful sandy beach, and all
amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, chemists, etc, are
in the close vicinity.
A tennis club and mini-golf
centre are just around the corner and further golf courses can be reached
with a short car drive. For those not using a rental car, a shuttle service
can be arranged to collect you from the airport, port, etc.
